prices
prices for all types of accomodation are listed in our price list under link price list and booking. For stays under 3 days rates are increasing for 30%. Except of accomodation price sojourn tax need to be charged and it si 1,00 eur for adults per day.
Children till 12 years old do not need to pay for sojourn tax and children 12 – 18 years old pay 50% of price for sojourn tax.
Extra services such as mooring, pet accomodation, etc. are extra carged as listed in price list. Prices differs in seasons and every season has its own promotion.
payments
To book accomodation, beside cofirmation from both sides, payment of 30% of the total staying cost need to be pay infront, 1 week after reservation is done the latest. It is cancellation insurance for us. Our bank details will be given to you on receipt of your reservation request. Once we receive your statement or proof of transfer, we go ahead and make your reservation for you. We can only book accommodation for you once we have received your payment.
personal data
When you send your request or browse our site, we do not collect personal information about you. To make a reservation with us, we will require some information about you which will be used and collected only in order to make a booking and to provide service for you.
cancellation and date changes
There are no extra administration cancellation fees. In case of cancellation we keep the 30% of the total staying cost payed infront. If you need to change date of arrival or departure, please contact us directly. In that case solution is custom made and depends on room and apartment availability on new dates.
